The finished product

Now for the step by step guide:

1. Freeze the cake and carve it to desired shape
   

2. Cover in fondant sparing the inside of the car

(not easy to do if this is one of the first few times you've worked with fondant as it was
for me!)

3. Roll accessories ie. seats, steering wheels etc out of fondant and place


4. Cut windshield out of plastic folder and hold in place with fondant around the edges


5. Add fine detail



And VOILA! you're done!
